Johnstone Boiler & Tank Ltd. has been in business since 1956 and are holders of ASME "U", and "S" stamps. We provide custom fabrications, repair facilities and personnel, as well as boiler rentals, sales, and service.

Below are typical services we can provide:

FABRICATION

A.    We fabricate a variety of products, of which the more common items are:

1. Pressure Vessels to ASME Code

2. Heat Exchangers - we produce both:

Custom Designed heat exchangers to ASME Codes and TEMA standards.

Standard Exchangers to our Wagstaff and Sandford designs.

3. Retort pressure vessels.

4. Wood preservative autoclave vacuum and pressure impregnating systems.

5. Storage tanks.

6. Boiler condensate return systems, packaged feed tanks and pump sets.

In addition to shop fabrication, we regularly perform heat exchanger re-tubing in-situ as well as field repair of pressure vessels, tanks, and liquor heaters. We provide maintenance personnel for Power and Recovery Boiler shutdowns for the Pulp Mill sector . This additional boiler maintenance complements our extensive field service and repair of firetube and water tube package boilers.

We are distributors for new Fulton Boilers. We also sell and rent used boilers and provide around the clock service for boilers and boiler packages. We specialize in refractory work, repair service for and installation of gas and oil fired boilers. We offer the largest inventory of firetube boilers, 15 H.P. to 700 H.P., in Western Canada.
